Sharing is caring!

Travelling can be a whole lot of fun or a whole lot of heart ache. An organised and properly stocked first aid kit can give you peace of mind in a medical emergency and even in every day occurrences. Being prepared could help you save a life, which may in fact even be your own.

Every trip we take we triple check our first aid kits, restock and reevaluate what’s to stay and go. As well as triple check that the dry bag we carry things in is still in tact and waterproof. No one wants soggy bandaids and sticky steri strips. Each of the three below items is put in a zip lock bag and then into a dry bag. The zip lock bags make it a whole heap easier to find that one item you most desperately need.

First AidJust a small side note. This is not a 100% set up for life list. It’s a basic outline of some very basic items. Yes kit-kat chocolate bars are great life savers. No one wants to be in pain and hungry. No one item will save your life if you don’t know how to use it. We suggest that everyone should take a basic first aid course.
